Eyeball nails!! I used dotting tools for the pupils and irises and a red striper for the line work.
If you find that your “iris” (the blue) isn’t looking as round as you’d like it to, go ahead and use a white striper to smooth out the lines around it.

China Glaze - Pink Plumeria
From the China Glaze summer neons collection. It’s a real eye catcher imo!! And it looks even better now that I’ve gotten a bit of a tan.. Dries semi-matte and I like it that way, but if you want to contain the sparkling I recommend a high shine top coat.
